Lose the drones. They make the commander lose his IC status. Very bad. Overall, while not a combination I like, it's good, and effective, and i wouldn't be afraid of assault with that loadout. I've used to kill bike squads before.

Static, and perfectly respectable. I'm not a fan of drones in the Fire warriors, but they do well. I would put them in a squad of their own so they can use the jetpack.

Never bad. We love railguns. Give it a decoy luancher instead of a disruption pod. Your tank will survive more and teh disruption pod doesn't always help, but against Eldar it's great becuase their lances will have range 30", but don't tell them that.

Okay, lose the shield drones and get some more upgrades somewhere, like the hammerhead. You don't need the shield drones as the new majority toughness rules made them redundant. You have to lose a suit for them to die. Now, I'd split these guys up into three different squads so the enemy has to shoot three units at them to kill them all off. Plus they can hold THREE objectives. One crisis suit can contest a table quarter. It's really annoying for your opponent.

It's 1500, the squad of suits is multiplied by 3, so I assume he has three squads.
