Ok, the etherial is stuck in on of the tau units, and the Flechette's are to tank shock units off of objectives. Please help me make it as perfect as tau can be.

Hi,

Nice list, only a few twicks I can suggest as the list is solid.

My first to to split the crisis suits up. You have an elite and HQ slot free. Make 2 of the crisis suits single model units, and make the last a shas'el (for 20 pts) using up your spare pts.

I think you mounted fire warrior units are 800 in total not 780. Not to worry I suggest dropping all the shas'ui saving you 40 pts. Atleast drop the one from the unit the etheral is joining as he makes them ld 10 and fearless.

Dropping the shas'uis would allow you upgrade the Ionhead to a Railhead (to increase your long-range anti-heavy vehicile firepower), but that's just personal preference. If you like keep the Ionhead, as I use one and it always does well (however I still have 3 railguns as I have 2 broadsides that can fire at different targets).
