Can they use :

A : landspeeder Storm?

B : shotguns?

Not a Smurf player myself - but i daubt my oponent was beeing completely honest...

yes on both accounts. Scouts can replace their boltguns with shotguns for free and a landspeeder storm can have up to 5 scouts in it

i asumed normal smurfs can, but space wolves also?

My boy plays football for local under 10s football team in the local first division and over the few seasons has acctracted many scouts from Nottingham Forest and Notts county and Derby county when or how would other big clubs come to notts to check him out.

The Space Wolves scouts can't have shotguns or a Land Speed Storm.
