The Crozius shafts are too thick... but the first Chaplain looks good. As discussed elsewhere, the second model isn't worth the materials it's made from.

I think that the first model looks damn cool but i would swap his arm with one of the originals. 2nd oone is so crappy it dropped my IQ 10 points, and it wasn't that high to begin with.... lol

The first one looks awesome, but I don't like the second. He looks like some sort of scribe.
You think they'll make new Librarian sculpts?

The top one just sucks, I hate the over useage of the skulls in every single army. The second one is just stading still, lamer then those losers who cant pose a crisis suit.

Considering the Skull imagery has been part of the Chaplain for as long as there have been Chaplains, it's only to be expected (I always loved the death-masks...).

Hell yeah.....in my opinion i think that the chaplins are the best figures in the SM army......(not including the Old emperors Champion which i like but i cant seem to find one).......the skulls are definitly a big part in the history of the chaplin and the death masks is also really kool

Nice sculpt on the first one, the pose is corrected from the second one, I see him charging and firing on the move
