it came to my notice that salamanders can shoot out of thier rhinos. is it possible with blood angels because it never said anything with fire points in codex

Technically I don't think they even have entry points. I'd say yes, they're still rhinos, and anyone that doesn't let you shoot out of them/disembark from them is just a douchebag.

Yep, it's a gross oversight in the codex based on third edition rules.
Those rules use to say "50% of a squad may fire out of a transport but if they have 4+ armor or worse the vehicle counts as open topped"
They also said "If the model looks like it has a door, it has an entry point there"
That led to some issues in tournaments because people could put the doors anywhere on the model. But GW forgot these things on BA rhinos when moving into 4th and requiring them to have specified access points, access point locations, and firing points.

So by the "RAW" rules blood angels cannot legally embark, disembark, or fire from their rhinos.
But the RAI rules say they have all the same access points and firing points as a space marine rhino, most tournament errata will clarify this to.
