How many attacks does an ironclad dreadnought have if it charged in and had seismic hammer and dreadnought close combat weapon?

4 I believe
They have 2 base, they get a bonus for 2 dreadnought close combat weapons, and 1 for charging...I think. I know a Furioso Dreadnought gets 4 on the charge. But a Seismic hammer and dreadnought close combat weapon are "technically" 2 different special weapons so...not sure.

Having 2 Special weapons still gives you a bonus. It's just stuff like powerfists and thunderhammers that need matched pairs. So I say he gets 4 attacks on the charge.

Yeah but if something has a power fist and power sword you have to choose the special effects of 1 and you don't get a bonus.
But in the case of the dreadnought the weapons are almost identical save the seismic hammer has a special rule that the close combat weapon doesn't

I think he's fine. There are 2 powerfists so he should get +1 attacks.

The entry reads 2(3) for attacks. Meaning, a base of 2 attacks but 3 attacks if you keep both dreadnought arms, the default load out. So, you'd get 4 attacks on the charge if you have both arms.

But don't you get a bonus attack for each dreadnought close combat weapon?

That's what I said above. Any Dreadnought, regardless of type, is 2 attacks. Notice the attacks for the Ironclad are listed as 2(3). So, if you have the seismic hammer and the dreadnought arm then you get 3 attacks, hence why it's in parentheses, so if you were to replace an arm with a gun or if you were to lose an arm from being damaged then you'd be down to 2 attacks. The 3 in parentheses IS the bonus for both arms.

That's how the furioso is written too.
Also if you lose an arm (weapon destroyed) you lose the bonus attack.
