I bought the new C:SM and i saw that scouts can get a Land Speeder Storm (the transport one). Well i was wondering that:

A)do the scouts start out in it or do they have to embark on turn 0ne then move around etc?

B) If so how would you guys use them?

A) You can choose to start or not start in a transport.

B) I'd imagine people use them for disruption purposes - screw up enemy Deep Strike beacons if they have them, assault enemy and put the Leadership leech on them (I think the Storm can do that), but it looks a bit fragile so unlike any other aspect of the Space Marine army it needs backup from another aspect of the Space Marine army.
