Default Master Captains

I've been looking all over, and so far I haven't been able to find exactly what I' looking for here, on the Lexicanum or in my codex or rulebook. I'm interested to know what all the "masters" a chapter has are (Master of the Fleet, Master of the Marches etc.) and what role each plays. If I missed it someone on TO, a link will suffice, but I didn't have much luck with a search.

10th Company is Master of Recruits
-In charge of recruiting and training... of course.

5th Company is Master of the Marches
-Charged with guarding the systems under the Chapter's protection usually.

4th Company is Master of the Fleet
-Commander of the Chapter Fleet.

3rd Company is Master of the Arsenal
-Chief of the armory, although in many cases the Techmarine Master of the Forge really does the work.

2nd Company is Master of the Watch
-Charged with defending the Chapter's keeps and homeworld.

Then there's of course the Chapter Master, and usually the 1st Company Captain holds an honorary title of some kind.

How would the Master of the Watch and the Master of the Marches function in a fleet based chapter with no homeworld?

You still have watches on a ship.

It's also worth noting the exact role of each Company Captain will vary based on Chapter. For example, the role of "Master of the Armoury" is taken by the First Company Captain in my Chapter.

No, the Master of the Forge is a Techmarine, not a Master Captain. The title "Master" is mostly an honorific, while the Master of the Forge does have command power in some Chapters, a Techmarine technically holds no official command rank, save in some Chapters like the Iron Hands.

What rules wise? Then absolutely no the Master of the Forge is not a Chapter Master. Currently Techmarines can't take command squads, even with the upgrade to an HQ, under the new Dex I doubt the Master of the Forge will be able to take a Command Squad either, let alone an Honor Guard, he'll probably just have servitors I'd guess. We'll have to wait and see of course, but I wouldn't hold my breath...
