Default Crusader fire arcs

The Land Raider Crusader's Multi-Melta is classed as a hull-mounted weapon, does this mean it has a fixed forward fire arc like a Chimera's hull-mounted heavy bolter? And what about the hurricane bolter sponsons which physically cannot turn beyond 90 degrees?

The Hurricane Bolters are sponson weapons, so they have fire arcs as described in the BGB. It doesn't really matter how far they can physically turn.
As for the Multi-melta, it's hull-mounted just like the assault cannon... So RAW-wise, it looks like a fixed 90-degree arc... We just don't know in what direction! I'd say front, but that's mostly a guess. I'm sure Wargear has something to say on it. If anybody has Wargear, we should probably use that definition, as we don't know which way it's mounted (as opposed to the assault cannon, since it's on the front).

I normally play it as a turret.

Nah, Wargear doesn't specify vehicle rules beyond upgrades, fire points and access points. >

Multi-melta is Pintle-mounted, I just checked my BT codex

The Land Raider Crusader is armed with a hull-mounted twin-linked assault cannon, a pintle-mounted multi-melta...

I'd go with what is said in the BT codex, just because, to my knowlege, it is the newest version of the Crusader(and the true version :P)

I would too; looks like a pintle-mount to me!

Lets just put it this way, if someone wanted to fire their crusader melta out the side, I wouldn't complain
