What I like about this army is that the only thing that moves only 6" per turn is the scouts and they probably won't move the whole game. The techmarine goes with the Chaplain and his command squad in one of the land raiders. The Tactical squad without a Rhino takes the other one. The librarian jumps about with the Assault squad (hopefully using the land radiers to stay out of sight until the big push. The army fits with my chapters fluff which has been poted but no one bothered to reply to it. It scored rather poorly on the army purity test (thanks again IVEATCH) but I still feel like it fits with the way a wanted the chapter to be and I don't find it to be terribly beardy. What do you guys think?

Hmm, well on 'purity' I think you're OK. No cheese there. Incidentally, one thing the purity test doesn't do well is weigh up how beardy/unbeardy an army is against a specific other army. Eg, a shooty Dark Eldar army heavy on units with Dark Lances and Blasters could really make those units in the Landraiders pay, but an Ork army without Tankbustas would have trouble dealing with them.

I'll say one thing - you're pretty light on infantry models for a 3000pt list. You'll really need to make sure they hit where they count so you can get the most out of them. On the plus side, some of those units are insanely hard hitting - the Assault Terminators and HQ's in particular.
