Default Special Chapter rules

I use tau and am thining of starting a marine army. Are there any rules for the lesser chapters like schythes of the emperor or the silver skulls? I just think the names are awesome.

No, they are fielded using Codex: Space Marines.

Aka, wait two weeks, pay your money for the new codex and everything save Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Space Wolves and Black Templar should be covered.

I am hoping they outline advantages that you may buy for your army as updrades..... I think more customizable feature would make them AWESOME

yeah...ok...i know the white scars got their own rules and stuf...with lotsa bikes so i figured they might too

I've (briefly) read the new Codex. It's interesting to look at...

What I can confirm for you all is this:

Librarians get a lot more Powers to choose from.

Chaplains get the same ability as IG Preachers, but without the downside.

Chaplains and Librarians can have 3 Wounds.

You can have Terminator Command Squads.

The Whirlwind can take special missiles which create Minefields.

Salamanders, Iron Hands, Raven Guard, White Scars and Blood Ravens are all given rules in the Codex, as are some others.
