Default 1750 points Space Marine Tournament List

Hi, I'm looking to make a balanced Space Marine list for a tournament in April. I tried out one today, and here is that list, with a few variations. Any comments, etc. would be very nice, thanks

Epistolary
Terminator Armour, Storm Bolter
180 pts

3x Tactical Squads
10 man, Missile launcher, power fist
195 pts ea
585 pts total

10 man Sternguard Squad
250 pts

Terminator Squad
5 man, 5 chainfists
225 pts

Scout squad
5 man, Teleport homer, 5 sniper rifles
90 pts

Land Speeder Storm
50 pts

Dreadnought
Assault cannon, heavy flamer, close combat weapon
125 pts

Vanguard veterans
5 man, 4 power swords, sergeant with power fist. All jump packs.
245 pts

TOTAL: 1750 points

Basically, the scouts will deep strike in on their land speeder on top of an objective marker, drop the locater beacon and let the terminators and the epistolary come in. Then, the tactical marine squads and the dreadnought will advance and either wipe out the enemy units, or take objectives, or both, depending upon the mission. The Vanguard squad will use Heroic Intervention to help out wherever they are needed.

Any ideas, or thoughts, would be very welcome. Thanks in advance.

Well since no one else seems to play SM I'll give my opinion, take it with a grain of salt as I'm very new to Space Marines. I think the list looks solid, a good number of scoring units and enough targets for your enemy to be worried about. I do have a couple of questions though, not really yes or no, just maybe some things to think about:
1. What is the point of your sternguard? Your army seems to have a specific purpose for every unit, I just was wondering what theirs was.
2. You didn't take any of the free flamers that you can grab for just having a 10man squad, and particular reason?
3. Do you have a contingency plan if your termies come in before your scouts do? If these terminators play a big role in your strategy it might be worth it to turn one of your squads into a faster moving unit with a teleport homer also, so that your plan doesn't just hinge on one unit.

This seems very weak against horde armies. Why not alter just one of your Tac squads to be more suited to handle a large mob, and have it work in conjuction with your Dreadnought.
