Default Updated kamikaze List with force Organization this time

Alright Here is the updated idea. Now keep in mind that i am not aiming to win with this force, I am merely aiming to be a pain in the butt for whatever team game I decide to play this army in.

2- 10 man Terminator Squads
1- 10 man Assault Squad with Jump Packs
2- 10 Man Tactical Squads with Drop Pods
1 Space Marine Librarian in Terminator Armor

Can this be an effective Deep Strike Force that could Cause a nuisance?

I'd say it could be quite effective. Could do with knowing more about the equipment they've been given though before I can say too much.

The Terminators are standard with power fists and storm bolters.

The Tacs squads are Standard with a flamer and a missile launcher in the squads

The Assault marins have Chain Swords and bolt pistols.

In that case I'd say you definitely need more anti-tank. I'd conider splitting one of the Terminator squads into 2 5 man units and adding meltaguns to the Tactical squads. If you have the points I would also consider an assault cannon in at least one of the Terminator squads.

I wold also consider another Tactical squad as you are very low on Troops choices, though obviously that depends on how many points you're aiming for with this list.

What do you mean he needs more anti-tank? 20 powerfists isn't anti-tank? If anything he needs more anti-horde weaponry. Termi firepower can only split so much and regular bolters have a problem of "Rapid fire and let certain armies assault you" or "Use single shots and assault them first"

I guess he could use some fast/mobile/ranged anti-tank as termies tend to be pretty slow. I got it CYCLONE Missile Launchers, very win. It covers your anti-horde with the ability to fire 2 frag missiles, the ability to mess up tanks with 2 krak missiles, and you can still fire your storm bolter. I think you can take 1 per 5 termies too so that's 4 of em. Splitting the squads just lets you pick more targets so it's down to whether it's a KP game or not on that decision.

Cyclone Missile Launchers and/or Assault Cannons are excellent weapons for ranged Terminator squads, giving them even more infantry and allowing them to seriously threaten tanks!

Also, I would put a Locator Beacon on at least one of your Drop Pods. This means the Pod with which you Drop Pod Assault on turn 1 can act as a staging ground for every other Deep Striking unit in your army. I'd put a Beacon on the other Pod too just so if you Deep Strike it further away it can also act as a safety net. Your Terminators are very large units and very easy to Mishap, so a Locator Beacon will make things much safer.

Wouldn't he be able to split them up via combat tactics?

He could, and definitely should in most cases. But there are still oddball scenarios and Kill Points in which he'd want to keep them together.

Because 400 points worth of terminators is totally equal to 1 drop pod for determining the victor...

We could also suggest heavy flamers, which in this list might work, but I forgot how many of those you we're allowed.
