NICE list there Zenai!

I have only a few minor things.

I would switch around the GH units, Meltaguns in the Rhinos so they can do a Drive by or one unit of each, remember you will get 2 DPs on turn 1. I also say this because in play testing, I found that I would run up a Rhino and pop smoke, next turn they jump out and charge something. You can't charge if you shot Rapid Fire weapons, (Plasmaguns) but you can with Assault weapons, Meltaguns.
Plus with Meltaguns in DPs you may not land close enough to Melt something.

Love the TWC unit but I think the Belt of Russ is a little over kill. They are toughness 5 and you have plenty of other stuff to take wounds for you. If you drop it, you can give him Meltabombs and with the extra points add another upgrade to one of the GH units. MotW is fun when it goes off.

Although this is Space Wolves, I'm a very Shooty-type of guy but I like the flexibility of CC-prowess (especially when fighting as lowly as a Guardian) so I'll most likely shot in most scenarios but I do know where you're coming from. I'll keep that in mind and do a few play-testings myself.

In my LGS, most people will always take something that can instant-kill a Warboss and that's saying something. In addition, my rolls are below average so I've taken precautions against things like that e.g. Runic Armor, Belt of Russ, Thunderwolf Mount and Saga of the Bear.

Woo! Won my first game with this list. The battle was against Ravager Zero's TODex. I've never quite fell so invincible. Power Armor FTW!

Since you have the points for speeders, how about a Typhoon Launcher, instead of the assualt cannon.

It should work good with your heavy bolter, since they have a good amount of distance. That why you can shoot and keep a good safe distance. There are some armies that you don't want to get too close to and those that you can.

With the paper thin armor you can move and shoot at a distance.

My Speeders are meant to take it for the team. They just need to melt a tank. I have a lot of assualt units and Dakka units, so my speeders need to get my opponents troops out in the open. Nothing else.
