Default "Golden Orbs" 1st Company list.

This here is, will be my main gaming list with auxiliaries from the 2nd (Tactical) and 6th (My scouts). Feel free to make suggestions, check out my army on the side (if you can, still unsure how this site works). And even any constructive criticism. Actually more what I'm looking for is tactics to use on the board with THIS army, rather then changing it. Thanks

- Power Armour, Power Sword, Frag and Krak Grenades, Iron Halo, Venomous Pride (Scorpiosí Boltgun fires poisoned rounds (always wounds on a 4)

Elite 1: Tarrantalus (Dreadnought): 145pts
- Multi-Melta, Storm Bolter, Dreadnought Close Combat Weapon, Smoke Launchers, Searchlight

Elite 2: Terminators, 1 sergeant, 9 Termies: 335pts
- Terminator Armour, Storm Bolter, Power Sword, Chainfist, Assault Cannon, Cyclone Missile Launcher

Thats really small for Marines. You have invested too much in Vanguard.

Fair enough, any suggestions, please keep in mind though that my chapter over all relies heavily on fast attack and close combat.

So, your anti-tank consists of the following:

1 multi-melta
1 assault cannon
1 missile launcher
3 melta-bombs
+ krak grenades and powerfists

Vanguard are a bit of a joke. I love assault marines dearly, but you have spent a lot of points on them that could have been spent elsewhere. You need more anti-tank desperately. I'll leave it up to you as to how to do it, but you really do have very few ways of dealing with tanks. Monstrous creatures, as well, could cause some problems (unless you consider ~2 wounds a turn before saves with your scouts good against monstrous creatures :-\).

Question: If you were a marine and had to face off against a tank, could have any weapon from the armoury, what weapon would you bring?

...... melta gun. next question! i concur with what everyone is saying. i'd suggest getting some more tactical squads, and giving them some anti-tank.

The list has been modified, Should probably read Orbs 2nd Company List now.

Wow, now I'm not to sure about this list but if it helps in games...
This could take some tweaking!

Razorbacks can only hold up to 6 marines! Other than that I like the list.

Okay everyone, which is it? Do I downsize the squad and try to spread the pionts around. Or do I turn the Razorback into a Rhino and upgrade a unit or two?
