It's actual against Forum rules to post The individual Points cost of Upgrades, so I'd advise editing your post and removing them.

I'm not sure whats going on with your second tactical squad, but there only allowed 1 special weapon and 1 heavy weapon.

I agree with 57 that for the assault squad to be really effective it should be made into a bigger squad, and i assume that you'll be attaching the Chaplain to these guys which is always a good choice.

You do have a lot of anti tank there, you should think about dropping some lascannons (which should give you more points the the assault squad) and taking some anti infantry weapons.
