I personally like this list a lot so I don't have many suggestions here other than that I would trade the artificer armor on your master for an Iron halo, because there are a lot of weapons that can still shred for fancy armor apart. Also where are you putting your master? Because there aren't many places where his claws will come in use (Most of your squads are the stand and shoot types). If you want your master have the lightning claws, give him terminator armor and throw him one of your terminator squads, if you can suffice without the claws, give him a power sword and a combi-bolter or a storm bolter and keep him in back, also give him a combat shield for the save.

I think this list is well made and i agree with Mr. America about your Master but I also think it needs a few changes such as:

This Dread has 1 weapon that is designed for short range and the other long range.I think you should equip it with either Twin-linked Lascannon and Missile Launcher or Assault Cannon and Dread CCW because it looks like it is for hunting tanks but the weapons it has have very different ranges(Assault cannon 24" and Missile Launcher 48") and are not as effective as say a Missile Launcher-Lascannon Dread, at shooting tanks. This squad is good at shooting because of the Lascannon but it is in a Rhino which means it is going to be moving up the field not getting to use it's Lascannon at the same time it would be getting into assault range but it isn't good in assault either so it can't really shoot or assault well.

Here are some of my suggestions for different squad configs for this squad:
Close range shooty squad:
replace the Lascannon with:
a Plasma gun for heavy infantry and tanks,
a Melta gun for tanks and Monsters,
or a Flamer for light infantry
and maybe give them a heavy bolter just so that you have a bit more back up fire power.

Long range shooty squad:
keep Lascannon but get rid of the rhino because you wont need to move,and also get a plasma gun if you have spare points.(these 3 squadconfigs are very cheap and could be made more effective with plasmapistols and different Heavy weapons).


Assault based squad:
drop the Lascannon and give the Sarge Term Honours and either a power weapon and bolt pistol or power fist and bolt pistol. Give this squad ten men and make the other tactical squad 5 men instead(swap the squads around) e.g.
9 Tactical Squad (Troops) @ 180 Pts
1 Veteran Sergeant with Bolt pistol and Power Fist

4 Tactical Squad (Troops) @ 158 Pts
Lascannon
Plasma gun
1 Sergeant
Bolter
1 Rhino APC @ [58] Pts
Storm Bolter
Smoke Launchers
Extra Armour
This way your squads are more specialised for their role and are balanced when they work together.
This is just my opinion(at 12 O'clock at night).
Feel free to take any advice .

I do like this list, personally for me, I would get rid of the master. The Jump Chaplin is fine on his own. Take the rest of the points for the master and get something else. Also I normally dont run Rhino's. But, a Razorback would be perfect in this army. Again, it is a sound list. Think I will give it a try this weekend. Good job.
