Default Raven Guard 3rd Company (725pt) Army List

Yes, I know, another marine army. I suddenly find myself with several squads of extra scouts and some characters to boot so I've decided to do a Raven Guard army now. I haven't yet bought the 2 Assault Squads (I need to find a shop that stocks them first) but this is the experimental list. I might decide to spend some more money and give them a Tactical las/plas squad and I might throw in a Devastator Squad I happen to have lying around but I'm not decided yet. So anyway here is the list:

HQ:

Captain Balthier Vincati
-Master, Master-Crafted Lightning Claws, Artificer Armor, Jump Pack, Frag Grenades, Krak Grenades, Iron Halo, Terminator Honors
Total: 203

Elites:

Veteran Assault Squad Gailor (5)
-Terminator Honors, Power Fist, Plasma Pistol x3, Furious Charge
Total: 175

Assault Squad Farian (5)
-Terminator Honors, Power Fist, Plasma Pistol x3, Furious Charge
Total: 175

Troops:

Scout Squad Lamont (5)
-Bolter x4, Heavy Bolter
Total: 70

Scout Squad Sergar (5)
-Sniper Rifle x4, Missile Launcher
Total: 95

Army Total: 718

So questions, comments, suggestions, criticisms... all that good stuff. What do you guys all think of the start of my 7th army?

a 200 point HQ unit in a 725 point army. That's nuts! Also a strange army size.

I think it looks like a small top heavy list that will really suffer if it can't reach combat by turn 2. Its light on anti tank and mechanize armies will stomp it.

Combat armies, or anything that absorbs your charge will be a really big problem. I'd tone down your HQ A LOT and concentrate on more bodies.

Why not grab a chaplain w/ jump pack, bolt pistol and frag grenades
He's a nice cheap 107 points which give you 95 points, at least 3 more assault marines!

Cause frankly how do I aquire 3 Assault Marines? The army has the numbers and size cause its what I can reasonably get for the moment. Ill add an Anti Tank Tac squad when possible and another Assault Squad to get the army to 1000-1100pts so right now its a very odd army. The scouts are there to pin down the enemy and provide a little anti tank to let the Assault Squads charge the enemy and do the real damage. It has problems but I just won't use it against armies it can't face, I have other armies for those kinds of opponents . Thanks for the comments. I'm also debating on the second HQ, the first is staying the same, I know its pricey but it does the job, for the second HQ I'm thinking a cheapish Chaplain to lead the second Veteran Assault Squad.
