Well, I decided to make a test model for a large idea I had based on one of my favorite bands, and since I want it to be very good, C&C is very welcome. The things that I already know need work are the line around the base of the tree, the base is not flocked, as I'm going to build it up to the bottom of the leaves, even with the girls base (Reaper minis drive me nuts like that, but meh), the bird is going to be dry brushed brown, and the hammers... those are place holders until I can actually find something. Here's what I've got so far:

Thank you guys for the compliments. Unfortunately, though I have massive piles of bits from 5 WHFB armies and 4 40k armies, I seem to have nothing that would make a good hammer...

I'll probably complete the base today and drybrush the bird, maybe even sculpt the cloak better, but those hammers are driving me nuts. On that not I do have another tree finally in the works to go along with him (Hint, it's not really a tree)
