They look good. Ireally like the scorch mark on the meltagun. The rock looks crazy how big it is and just sitting there not really realistic.

Depends how high you would have your captains or chapter master... you don't want your champion out doing the attention of those. I would say it is slightly odd looking, but it doesn't detract so much, just makes me wonder if it would be overbearing in comparison to the other characters?
If you know what I mean?
I think half of the height would be perfect.
Still... that aside, the models themselves are well done
I also like your scheme. Simple is always effective when it comes to marines
