On a request from another topic, I now post up some of my former Tau models.
I dont have this army in my possesion anymore as I have sold it.

First titan... only made two as it cost way to much to build and acctually looked like...

Well to be honest I dont know why
I was allways looking for new projects, and they usually cost alot of money do start. So, quite often older armies (or sometimes not even old) had to be sold for new projects.

But in this case with the Tau, I had to get rid of all my armies because of my studies. Why you ask.. I was addicted to WH40k
Not a good thing when it goes over your studies.

But now I have regained my studies and can thus start building up an army or two again.

I am thinking of making a Tau army, similar to this again.
But I do have so many ideas of armies I want to do.

Sisters of Battle have allways been my nr 1 favorite, and grey knights (in terminator armour) followed in second place.
Then of course my Elysians are something I love too. This because of the Valkyries, and I love flying machines :P

Anyhow, if I get a job while do my studies I'll probably start on a Tau army again. Dont know what them to go for though. Snow Tau again... or desert... perhaps urban?

Hi Vash,

Simply amazing use of standard Tau bits to build Mega Battle suits. Do you have a modeling diaries for any of these? IF so would you be able to either post a link or some pics that you took during construction? Thanks in advance.

Edit: Just out of curiosity do they have Bionicle Lego in there?

This is an amazing army! Definitely one of the best I've ever seen.
The way its presented with extra information etc is simply great aswell.
How much did you get for it?

Thing is I have lost the progress picturess of the construction of these Tau titans
I would love to get my hands on them again since I might build one or two one day.

But, what you need is one Hammerhead/Skyray box (if they skyray box still includes the hammer head sprye, go for the skyray), and one Lego Bionicle Barraki box.
Of course some GS to fill in gaps, and make shoulder/leg pads patterns.

Now that we know that boxes we need, one could look at the pictures and try to figure out what and where to put them.
One needs a good hobby saw, and a good hobby knife.

The army I dont remember really. I had alot of Tau, and this is just what I had on pictures.
I think I had 9 hammer heads, 20+ crisis suits, couplle of broad sides, 18 stealth suits, around 70 Fire warriors, 2 full units of pathfinders, 6 sniper drone teams, around 50 gundrones in different forms (imperial armour home made ones), very few amount of devil fishes, 9 Piranahs.
and of course the 8 titans (+the 2 gigantic ones 10 in total).

Rejivar Konj

The titans sold for (average) $175. And the rest of the army sold for basically twice its value (counting for the value of 2 years ago).

Anyhow with the money I could buy alot of things that I needed when I moved due to studies.
Today I am building up an Elysian army with a starship troopers theme. After that, I dont know what I'll do as mensioned. But Tau was really fun to play, as I played them abit differently than most Tau players.

Thanks mate. But everything in my tau army is really easy to do, except for the titans.
The conversions of the crisis suits are embarresing easy to do, and the stealths are just twisting and turning the torso to build a new one. I think I have a guid here on this forum on how to do thoese stealths and crisis.

I am simply amazed at the simple yet impacting appearance of the titans. Very well done I must say. The stealth suits are also very well done. I'm also a fan of Shadowsun's suit and I love the conversions. However I like the look of the Sniper team the best. The color scheme just suits then very well.
