Not bad but the puddy on the arms is a bit excessive unless your going for that renassance baggy style shirt.

Well they are Harlequins... I wanted flamboyant costumes, and the Empire arms from Warhammer seemed to work so well...

The painting's a bit messy, but I haven't painted in over a year, and wasn't that amazing at the best of times...

the painting is pretty bad, but after a year of not painting you cant expect much :P

the lack of a discernable face, while in fluff makes the mini very unfocused, with the random bltchy colourscheme that guy really needs a face to focus the mini on :P

Personally, I like the "faceless" look.

I'll [try to] tidy up the paint scheme... sometime... probably... maybe... not...

if you like the whole no face thing, try shading and highlighting the sword, anything to make a focus point on the model.

Personally, I do like the "vagueness" of the model... the way the face merges into the shoulder, which then splits into the random mayhem of colour that is his outfit... after all, he does have a Domino Field, so actually being able to pick out detail is nigh on impossible! ;D

Plus I wasn't the best painter to begin with... concepts such as "shading" are strange and alien to me.

In that case, so is sex. Therefore, pornstars and prostitutes are professional athletes.
