I am sorry to tell you this but really it looks half finished. It looks like you didnt basecoat your model, or that you've only applied a single layer of paint. It does have potential though, I see you've highlighted the armor decently, but it just looks like she's a metal model with the metal shining through the paint job if you understand my meaning. To counter that I'd probably take a lightly watered down black ink for the fine line where the legs meet the cape, and for all the silvery areas too, to apply depth.

Of course, it could be that the camera flash is just too bright, its hard to see details in it. If you could provider better pics, it'd be easier to see.

Ay, my thoughts aswell.

It doesn't look too bad once you get past that flash. But better picks would be nice.

And this really should be in Showcase (or perhaps Painting if it is still a WIP).

Well I hate to rain on your parade but I don't really like her. To bright and cheery I think. Sisters of battle should be dark and sinister, since hunting the heretic is not happy work.

To each his own though I guess.
