Default Imperial Guard in standard fatigues

Hi guys
due to the postal strike here in the UK my ordered Baneblade still hasn't arrived yet. So I was thinking what colour scheme I should paint it once it will be delivered.
I just couldn't help it, I really liked the cadian pattern camo best so I decided to practice a little and did a tank and a squad in standard cadian pattern fatigues/ camo.

What do you think??

Cheers

CC

I think these are very good results. Sometimes the standards colors are the best. It is a good flesh tones and a solid camouflage scheme, applied cleanly.

Looking forward to your baneblade

Fantastic. I think the Guardsmen are flawless, but the tanks could use a dusting of graveyard earth around the lower potions of the running gear and maybe a flesh/chestnut ink wash for the tracks. They're still awesome as they are though and the highlighting is second to none. Great stuff.

Very, very nice. The guy with the helmet in hand is the best. The cloths are also outstanding.

Great work and I can't wait to see the Baneblade.

Nicley done again, I think you are the best table top painter around here and I bet if you spent time on a model you could go to golden daemon. I have 5 questions:
  • How did you convert that officer?
  • What flock do you use?
  • How did you get your decals, and what kind of paper did you use?
  • How did you paint them again I know you posted it on one of my topics but I can not find it at all ( do another tutorial and you get another karma cookie )
  • How did you paint the tank?
