Agreed, the head looks good. I have some doubt about the staff/club he's holding, but other than that, it looks very nice.

hey,
i think the armour is looking great as are the robes.
I really like the staff!The only thing i'd change are the plasma coils on the pistolI just think they look too plain and think that they would look great blue.

Just a suggestion.

Blue against green gives a really neat contrast and would work excellent to bring out that detail

I think a further highlight (maybe 2) on the green would make it looks sicker (in all aspects of the word).
