Default Tau Ionhead: finished!

I've been working on this model since mid-march, and it's finally done! Now if only I could find someone to use it on... >

Underside

Interior

This tank represents a number of modeling firsts for me- first interior painted, first door conversion, first use of optics/gems/glow (which turned out so well that I went back and added it to all my other tanks). I'm really pleased with how this turned out. When I compare it to my earliest models I can see just how far I've come with my painting, which is a great morale boost when I look at the number of models I have to work on.

Very clean, sleek, nice job. I'm not good enough in english to express how I like your tank.
The paint sheme is nice and not too striking, wich is good.

You even painted the interior...

It's the first time I see the side doors converted to open.

I love it.
Nice, crisp, clean colours.
Well defined areas of colour.
Simple, but practical conversions (the ramp & hatches)

The only bad thing is the obvious seam lines. Might have done well with a little Green Stuff

Slick job. The only negative comment is the location of the decal on the right engine nacelle.

That's a nice color scheme and a very clean paint job. The extra effort in the interior really pays off.

Congrats excellent job on the painting and converting.

I'm working on my 2nd devil fish and I've just now found and purchased a 1mm drill bit for the side access points

The colours for some stragne reason gives the impression of extreme lightness. Very good effect.
