Default Some works of the 40k group I'm in

Hi,

I'd like to share some pictures of models which were painted by friends of mine and by myself.

All pictures are available here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nerdling/

For a quick preview:

This is Tom's canoness

This is Alex's submission, some guys of the imperial guard

Then there is Poetes who hasn't painted his models yet but I think this looks rather promising.

Last (and least) a picture of my (Duffsen) stealth suits

The stealth suits are considered "mildly WIP", I don't know when I will add finishing touches or if I'll even do.

I hope you enjoy the pictures and my English skills did not ruin your day.

Your english is fine... That cannoness is frickin awesome. The guardsmen looks great and the conversion work is pretty good (bit off proportion). and I love the tau.

You have a very talented group of painters and modelers in your gaming circle. Great job!

Everything looks fantastic. Don't worry about the Tau, I really like the clean look they have at the moment.

Although I have to say I'm not all that impressed by your terrain boards... :P

Very very nice. The painting is stunning, and I love the converted marine. I really like the guard. Makes me sad that most of my guys have a crummy paint job.

Well, they fight in space! (or on plastic planetoids...)

No, that's why they are work in progress but I don't have any idea how I want do deal with the bases.

Oh, thank you all for your kind replies, you made like four days.

Hi! Canoness-guy here! Just trying to compete with Duffsen's Stealths a little bit, so I add some more SoB glory:

...I was a little dissappointed when I realized I wasn't the only one, who thought of using the Eldar wings... but I think the choice was pretty obvious.

...the photo makes my little Sissy (of the Missy, Crissy, Sissy Retributer trio) look a little unclean but she is still one of my favourites!

...last but not least my Vindicare Assassin. Urban Camouflage, baby!

P.S.: Duffsen, my sisters are looking forward to shredding you Stealths to pieces! Try using them more often, I really like their look!

Wow.... Pretty nice SoB's.... I think I've found some competition for my Sisters' painting quality.

@Duffsen. Great Stealths! I really like how clean they are! Really shows off their Tau nature. However, I think you'd be good with a black lining to the glowy effect in the lines of the Burst Cannons. It's a nice effect, but it looks sloppy as it's molded into the darker blue of the gun.
