Default Crisis Suit test model

Here is my test model for my new Tau. Pretty happy with the scheme overall and excited to get this done (and need to try to get it done by the first of June for the Las Vegas GT!)

Oh, and the in the last pic, eventually there will be a Tau decal in the round white section...

It's really good, the white/ creams look kinda thick though

yeah, i need to thin them a bit on the rest of the stuff. I'm using the P3 paints from Privateer Press for a good chunk of the colors and they are extremely thick.

That's bleached bone for ya! Could i recommend more watered down coats as oppose to fewer thick coats. When i base coat something black and i wanna put down a lighter colour on top of it i first put down a coat of bestial brown. Works for me!

Even if I like camo schemes for the Tau, this one is really nice... I like the effect on the plasma gun ;D Anyways, you may want to thin down your paints ;D

White looks a little thick, but don't worry. It's one of the hardest colors to pull off. Grade B Job. Table top +

Great work.

This model looks very good. The only thing I have to say is that I think something you could do to make it look better is possibly make your highlights thinner and try to make your white a little thinner by using a lot of pretty watered down paint. Other than that the models paint scheme looks great.
