Default Tau Sky Ray

I got the Tau Sky Ray last summer and it's finally complete. It has been a tumultuous process putting the model together and painting it. Admittedly I did rush a bit near the end since it was so close of being finished.

Whew! I am going to take a break from painting and modeling for awhile.

The colors look good together however the paint is to thick in some spots and to patchy in others take you time even when your close to finishing slow down thin your paints.

The colors remind me of Toy Story....

Although it is a very...*ahem*...unusual scheme, I sorta like it. Not bad, soldier, not bad at all.
However, as faol said, when you zoom in on the pictures the paint is quite thick. Thin them down a little more and take your time, nice and easy.

The colours are very striking, although the paint in places is a little... well... messy. But over all good job!

I find that if the paint is too thin it has a habit of rubbing off every time when I touch it.

Maybe its because of the bright primary colours on the tank.
