Well here he is, painted him last night. My first (reasonably good) orky model so it's my first time painting green skin, also, it's the first time ive tried paining check so there ya go.

C&C are muchly appreciated.

Wow, nice job there, i love the rust effect on his gun and banner pole, and the cheques are superb for a first time attempt. The only bit of criticism I can think of is that his flesh looks a little strange, as does his none scared eye, but apart from that its great. Brilliant job!

The only problem is that the side short shows all the different brush strokes you made, whic hI don't think is a good thing... I really don't know how to fix this, maybe someone else?

Maybe you should thin the paint a little. I am not to good at painting yet so i think it might work though.

my little bit of advice for that right shoulder would be to splash some green ink over it, it will blend the strokes into a really smooth shading/highliting

.. failing the bottle of green ink, a heavilly watered down wash of gobbling green (termed a stain) could do the same thing, though not as well.

Yes, failing the lack of green ink (ive never needed it) I will try giving it a stain and see what result I get.

Good work.
But I must say, that some washes would do wonders.
And a tad on the teeth should work as well.
(My tip: paint the teeth bleached bone. Add watered down flesh wash. Then drybrush lightly with skull white.)

Your highlights look a little thin. I think the model would come across a whole lot better if the skin was overall a lot lighter, so perhaps make your current final highlight a wider layer, then make the next level up your final highlight.
