Default Plastic Terminator Painted

Well I finished covnerting my plastic terminator to go with my Desert Eagles army.
Its a DIY army where they all have desert gear and canteens etc.

Anyways had time to paint it today.
It ws dark and the photo could be alot better but you should be able to get the idea.

front of my term. sgt.

Wow. It looks sweet! The color and subtle highlights are very realistic. I like that you painted the face the same as the armor. I believe that, had it been painted a fleshy color, it would detract from the style of the rest of the model. It looks like it is about to step out of my screen and skewer me with the sword! I like it! ;D

Sorry guys I hope I am not making you look bad.

Yes his face is allmost the same as the armour but with just one more highlite and a hint of off white on the nose because it stick out of the helmet enough to get light.

But ya I would have added camo but mariens arent really into that.

Anyways thanks.

In that case, so is sex. Therefore, pornstars and prostitutes are professional athletes.

Wow my head just got so big it Exploded!

Not that good, I just dont give up and take in everyones advice and repaint and retry again and again and you should have seen some of my first things I have done.

Oh man.
My buddies I get into this pick up a paint brush and paint almost as good as me already.
they say oh let me see your first painted fig???? :-[
Dang thats scarry. Its not very good at all so I think I am almost at the top point in my painting.

So everyone else is just beginning and with practice will be better than I am.

But thanks for the kid words it felt good.

Now get to work on yours.....

Excellent model, well converted. The paint scheme is very, erm, 'real', for want of a better word. It look's far more realistic than some of GW's 'clean and polished' models.

Thanks again I find myself thanking you for your fair and honest feedback.
I do not paint clean and just off the shwroom.
I have been into military models and I paint them as if thats what they are Military models.
But yes becuase of this I will also not be winning any awards.
But I like my real in the field look I do to all my stuff and thats just how I am.

Thanks again.
I actually thought your feedback was great. Informative and right on.
