Default Feds persecute honest god fearin man because of his beliefs

Communities should be able to decide what they want for themselves because they understand their own needs better than some bureacrat in the marble halls of Washington, this is another case of PC gone mad as we come closer to being an European nanny state. :

I hope at least part of his sentence is through public service in similar communities. This mentality is not uncommon, but they are not likely to listen to those who don't speak their language. This was just a particularly obvious example. Whether or not you are a faithful Christian, God has never been in the habit of performing magic tricks on call. If God really helps us at all, it is in helping us help ourselves and each other. I think the judge had it right. This man was not really even being a good Christian. He was selfishly "testing" God, as the Bible forbids its adherents from doing.

She couldn't walk or talk? Jeez, how sad...imagine being left to die like that and not being able to stop it at all. An 11-year-old girl, too.

It's one of those cases where you really wish God would step in and do something about it. :-\

SHUT UP ROLEPLAY AND DEBATES AND DISCUSSION IS THE SAME THING THEY'RE BOTH SERIOUS!

Yeah sorry I had two windows open and must have posted in the wrong one.

Anyway yes I am being sardonic with the title and content, as I'm often known to be.

My real question though, isn't why the parents did this, but why, now it says people were praying around the bed, I'm going to assume other people were there as well, did NOBODY there see this as a necessary situation to drop an anonymous notification to child protection?

Because they're all crazy? I dunno, that is a pretty good question.

No. They're just crazy. Religion does that to people. It's the simplest and therefore most rational explaination. Any attempt about being 'p.c.' and respecting these nutbags (p.c.... such an archaic term) just shows how crazy the rest of the world is too for even considering this. Don't confuse the will of GOD with the will of some dumb religious cult. Fortunately, Darwin's theories give me hope that natural selection weeds this sort of crap out of our behavior patterns. Sorry if I seem insensitive.

Well, in a way... Y'know. It prevented him from being able to raise a child. So are we gonna say that's natural selection at work?

raising a child to hold the same obsessive brainwashed values to be just like him? who can kill their next child through ignorance? yeah... f**kin great plan there jesus christ superstar. If god didn't want medical intervention to exist, why are we able to invent it?

Prevented Darwin? I am little unclear on what you mean there. And these parents have other children. Natural selection isn't like to have a huge effect when the selection pressure is being applied by somewhat uncommon medical conditions.
