Not everyone, one of those Chaos armies of Tzeentch, Thousand Sons I think, move 2D6, choose the highest. Wouldn't be a bad idea for the 'Crons I think.

I'd say this is a step in the right direction though. Perhaps it'd sound counter-intuitive but why not try a game or two with the inverse of these rules? If these rules made them stronger, I wonder...

I'd be willing to playtest but I'd need a set of stats and situations/units to test out as I'm not a Necron player. I'd imagine your regular Necron players would be much better suited to trying out...
