Re: Coolest units in Chaos!

Nope, title says coolest units in chaos, not coolest units in the chaos space marine codex.

However, if its only the C:CSM then I have to say berzerkers. Especially the ones from forge world......

This is NOT a competitive list!

So I've been reading through the new Blood Angels Codex and I've come to a couple of conclusions. First, it seems like this would be one of the easiest Space Marine books to abuse. Second, it also...

I've been reading a lot on tactics lately, and I've seen a couple of really interesting videos on youtube and I think I've come to the conclusion that the best tyranid army is...

Re: So, games workshop finally FAQ'd the dark angels.

I laughed when I read this. My best friend is a Black Templar player and is even angrier at this than I am. And I have seen a few Templar players online complaining about it too, but for the most...

Re: So, games workshop finally FAQ'd the dark angels.

After thinking about it long and hard I've come to the decision... I'm going to keep my Death Wing, and only my Death Wing. I will not purchase any more models for the army, nor will I be starting a...

So, games workshop finally FAQ'd the dark angels.

Alright GW, you have to be kidding me! Your answer to the problem isn't to completely FAQ it, nor is it to reprint the Dark Angels codex with the rules changes, but... but...

Crimson Fist 2000 pts

I've been whining and complaining enough about the new codex that I finally decided that I would give it a rest and see what I could do with it.

And Pedro Cantor screamed to me to use him... So......

Re: New Codex- What is everyones problem!!!

I'm going to give GW credit on one thing I noticed:

Typhoon missile launcher is actually now worth taking on a landspeeder.... But again for codex marines only.

Re: 10 reasons to HATE Space Marines.

Thats the other problem with this codex... GW, through Phil Kelly, stated that they will not be FAQing the DA, BA, or Black Templar to bring their codecii into similar lines with the space marines...

Re: How far would you be willing to go to teach someone a lesson?

Alright, then apparently its a general consensus that you all are too good to stoop to this particular level...

Thats fine. Like I said before, its a rare occurence for me and my gaming group, and...

Re: 10 reasons to HATE Space Marines.

Actually if you look carefully you can see that you can take 5 Land Raiders. 3 in heavy, one as transport for a regular terminator squad and one for a terminator assault squad. The way the boxout is...

Re: 10 Reason the new codex doesn't suck.

To be fair to Wargamer... He got it completely right with his "flick through". I have the codex, the fluff is nice. The rules either don't make sense or outright fly in the face of their own fluff....

Page 90 of the new marine codex, Hold the Line!: Your sternguard veteran squads are scoring units.

It doesn't say that they change the rule in the codex, it just says that those units are scoring....

Re: Thank You GW!

@GKTerminator: thank you for proving my point. I had forgotten Kantor broke the rule with his own special rule. And thats what this entire thing boils down to. Can a units special rule over ride the...

Re: Thank You GW!

I also checked the FAQ that is currently out to see if that said anything... Nothing. As far as calling GW, what will happen is you'll call 3 times and get different answers. Basically it comes down...

Re: How far would you be willing to go to teach someone a lesson?

You realize that 99% of the time I play Death Wing? And that when I do play another army other than Death Wing (pure by the way) that it is almost always a fluffy army?

That wasn't the question,...

Re: 5th Ed. (marine codex) Raven Guard

Your right, you should be able to wipe out one unit of 30 orks... but you still have to wade through 150 of their brothers, who are now angry and within range to assault.

Any other army and you...

Re: 5th Ed. (marine codex) Raven Guard

The only possible list I could see effectively beating this one is horde orks... Don't care if you charge me first turn, cause I'll be charging you second...

Other than that I actually think a...

Re: Thank You GW!

Normally again I would agree, normally I would play "in the spirit of the game". However I plan on a) Using this in tournament and b) making my opponents aware of it before game.

As for the...
