Re: Horus Heresy Movie

Why am I tempted ridiculously by David Hyde Pierce as the Voice of Slaanesh?

Jack Nicholson I think would be better as the voice of Nurgle, Christopher Lee for Tzeentch, not sure about Khorne...

Re: The Dark Knight (possible spoilers)

I heard rumour that the 3rd film would have the Riddler, with David Hyde-Pierce in the part, but... that's conjecture. I think he'd personally play that really well.

I did really enjoy this film,...

Re: Codex: Clone troopers.

Maybe, as an extra elites choice, it would be worth having the ARC commando units?

And, depending upon which usage of the force you want (See Films or Clone Wars) would depends upon how you wanted...

Re: Religion

As a little side note, I'd like to note a brilliant irony in that the first slaves were White People taken by the Moors. Anyways...

Religion on TV is always a biased affair. It boils down to a...

Shas'Vres Elan and Ro Kauyon: Brothers to the end

With all the fluff changes for 5th Edition, I thought I'd redo my Cadre.

Plae'Mont died defending the newly acquired planet of Ro'Taan from the Imperial forces. The Tau managed to force a victory...

Re: My brother wants to start LotR

Not really...
The rules for most armies are actually in the Big LotR rulebook. There are some extra in the sourcebooks, and, more recently, GW have been releasing army books instead, so that solves...

Re: Magus - Temporal War

Really like the Reapermen and Jabberwocks...

Any idea how force organisation is going to work? From reading, part of me feels it'd work well with a very free force organisation, players being able...

Re: Magus - Temporal War

But... feasibly... enough Mana could change the course fo history forever?

One thing keeps on bugging me though, about the Legion Eternal. Does this mean lists for every plausible era...

Re: Magus - Temporal War

If you've ever seen the new (Not as good) Doctor Who episodes, I immediately read the Legion Eternal as kind of like Torchwood. Only much, much cooler.

Crusades were actually battles engineered by...

Of course, there's always the opportunity to tie it into mysterious real-world events, if you wanted.
Real reason for the Spanish Inquisition? Legion Eternal find a Daemos...

Re: Magus - Temporal War

This looks just amazing.

All the possibilities that people could think up... Endless. (I'm personally considering whether you could bring yourself from a future timeline as reinforcements, though,...

Re: Most popular FAntasy army...

Really, a lot of it depends where you are. Its not like 40K where you do get mass concentrations of players (Though you do get some armies that are very rare)

Around my way, most play Mortal Chaos...

Re: Tau Sept Modifications

OK, the idea of Tau Sept variations is absurd, to put it simply. The Tau have a unified art of battle that is explicitly taught across various septs, with Tau commanders leading towards one of four...

Re: What made you choose Tau?

Big guns make big bangs. That pretty much sums it up.

Though, I do see what Wargamer says abotu comedy races, and that is partly what attracted me to them, though I kinda ascribed it to a 'Moe'...

But the...

I think the major problem people seem to have is this:

Humans and Tau working together? Isn't going to happen. Ever. Unless the humans are Gue'Vesa, and then they're going to still be under strict...

Re: Would you be in your army? Why?

Oh, I definately wouldn't be in my army, or any of the armies, for that matter.

I think I'm the first person here to express a bizarre desire to, y'know, not be shot at? I mean... When you think...
