Looking good however your brown on the fatigues are looking a somewhat thick as is the white on the shoulder pads and the red sept marking as well thin out your paints some with a 50/50 mix of future floor wax and water or just straight water and it should be looking darn slick, remember several thin coats cover better than one or two thick coats.
The bases need some dressing up Now that is some nice highlighting on the armor and try not to use the flash when taking your pics flash have a nasty habit of gumming up your photos.

The paint may be a little thick, and the bases a bit 'simple', but all in all, they look pretty good. The jumping Tau's feet could use some 'tweeking', but other than that, very good job.
