[crisis_vyper]

I am doing this blog in accordance of me starting a new army: Death Guards.

I plan to make this a long lasting blog, so enjoy the pics.

First stop is my daemon prince. he is conveted with a feverish zeal that i have at that moment.



The abdomen takes me at least 4 hours to make. The skin, the intestine and the wires...urgh.



As for the weapon, I made my man reaper like that ninja-scythe with a weight on it, but instead the the weight is another sword. and i add him some chains and some dead haging corpse just for decoration.


Lots or rotting goodness and fungus.

Now for my hand-made plaguebearers. They look stupid and not rotting, but at least they are ugly



This dude is the leader of the plaguebearers. That's why I put that disk with a human face-lift on it.



As for these guys, I have some cadian parts running around, so I put them with a chainsword and putty 3/4th of it, thus making it more organic.



the rest of the plaguebearer. Nothing much, save that they have no eyes, just sockets for eyes and their horn looks pretty unicornish. :P

And now for my first squad of plague marines





I made the ones that are 3/4th to 10% metal as my aspiring champs. At the left hand side of the third pic, I decided to make one of the tombstones in the warhammer zombie regiment as my close combat shield. The other guys is just covered with tons of UHU glue and thus the effect is very nice indeed.

And the guy on the the far right in the second pic have a big morning starthat grows out from his arm. This guys was inspired by the tyranid wrecking ball.

2nd Squad


I just love Mr. Gas mask here and I thus decided to give him a bigger sword and thus elevate his rank into an aspiring champ.



As for this one, well one of the have a totally puttied sword and I made it look organic like it was made out of boe or flesh. And the dude at the far left is totally on life support , his body is filled with tubes and stuff.

d Squad


For this squad, I made one of the Space wolf Iron Priest into a nurgle Apothecary. I just can't help but to think that the Iron priest looks evil, and an evil apothecary that helps to engineer viruses and make them all rotty...........this two just have to be mixed together and I am happy with the results. I need to give this aspiring champ a name.



This one.........not really special but stiill a chain scythe and power scythe sounds cool.



This guy.....okay. This guys was made out of what ever putty that remains after all the putty conversions. and the upside down head was there for two reasons;

1)It is for decoration

2)it is to cover a very big hole that I acidently made when use a toothpick to make the cloth line. :P

That's all for now. But I will expand this force till it is at least 2K.

This army would look realy good painted. At the moment its hard to... Point out the details on everything.

Paint it up, It will look awesome.

Fair enough. Some of the details are very hard to explain. :P

I would love too, the store have ran out of chaos black spray and I also have college so it will take some time to paint them.

But so far I just have that lil' time for modelling models. :P

Well I finally brough my lazy butt to paint without a spray can. I am trying some prototype colour schemes on them, and somehow I am having some funny colours coming out.

If I can finish it fast and easy, I may be able to post the pics of the proto-bearer and the plague marine by tommorow.

And maybe.....if it is even possible i will try to squeeze in some pics of the fully plasticard dread (or maybe a part of it......or maybe none at all. It all depends on whether I can make one part of the body :P).

The slimy guy looks like what I sneezed up last week, which is exactly what nurgle should look like! I like him the best. The demon prince is amazing too. great green stuff work.
