specialist game help.
OK so i am taking a break from 40k and want to start a specialist game. Yes i know that warhammer isnt a specialist but it is a possibility... Thanks

:sadnshocked: Necromunda isn't on that list. I'm deeply saddened and all-around disappointed.
 Seriously, though, Necromunda is what I'd suggest. Such a solid game. It's a ton of fun to watch your characters progress and slowly develop from gun-slinging numb-skulls to full fledged gangers who'll kill you as soon as look at you. The combat system is well worked out (even if close combat can be a little confusing) and the advanced rules available (overwatch and what-not) add a ton to the game. If you're not convinced you can ask my Melta-Gun and Hand-Flamer wielding priest who's currently prowling the Underhive for another borrow of heretics to launch a Crusade against. Or my insane Zealot with an Eviserator (read: massive two-handed chainsword) with an under-slung flamethrower. ;D -Grandpa Ducky

Go for Warhammer... great game.
If it should be a game with less miniatures, try GorkaMorka... basically Necromunda with mad orcs... I NEVER laughed so hard during tabletops. My drivers do not manage to drive straight forward if their lifes depend upon it. Ok, it is not supported any more, but on eBay you should get the rules cheap, and there are more than enough orcs around in the 40k line...

BFG is a great game, great mechanics, great models and generally all round fun. Aeronautics I haven't played but it looks pretty good.

Firstly, Warhammer is NOT a Specialist Game. Start calling it one, and I'm going to start claiming Tau aren't an official army. Secondly, Blood Bowl. Thirdly, Blood Bowl and Necromunda. Fourthly, start them all.
