Has anyone converted other races in 40k for Necromunda?

I'm trying to get the 40k players in my group interested in necromunda but I know people are going to want to play their favorite race. Tau,Kroot , and Orks are fairly easy to do, but MEQ types and nids could be difficult .

I'm yet to try that but by paging through this section I found that Wargamer (quite a while ago) came up with a statline for Marines here.

Bog standard Guardsman. Has seen combat, is well trained and motivated, and is good enough to make any ganger soil his pants. He'd also have quite a bit of the special rules.

You could use Marine Scouts as Van Saar gangers.

Thanks for the help guys , after talking to most of the players in my group we have decided to use the Necromunda skills and stick with 40k rules for the most part. We will have to play test all the races wargear to insure nothing to powerful.
