Default Orks and falling back...

If I am falling back and come into contact with a transport can I embark?

As far as I know this is for Speed Freeks only, who fall back to an unoccupied transport, embark when they reach it and automatically rally. Although the articl I read may well be out of date.

No longer can Orks of any type fall back to Transports and Embark (or Rally). Your best bet is to always include a Bosspole.

But please remember that a unit that has been reduced to under 50% unit strength can NOT attempt to rally normally at the beginning of a turn.
