I'm pretty sure that's what he meant, as is models (since there are no Git models, sadly). The best I've seen are nob conversions with snazzy guns and trenchcoats, If I can find the link to the guy's Bad Moons I'll post it here.

Supposedly, you use the Nob models (Plastic Ones) as Flash Gitz and convert the Kombi-Weapon into a Snazzgun which shouldn't be too hard.

Zenny has hit the nail on the head - just buy the regular Nob squads and convert them up a bit, should be easy considering they are plastic. Bigger guns and probably a trench coat can't go amiss!
