Does the Weirdboy die if he gets the Ead'banger power? As it doesn't specifically say that he is removed as a casualty.

He's in the center of the blast template so I'd assume he'd be removed as a casualty, assuming he's wounded.

I don't think so - it says that the power effects those nearby, not the Wierdboy himself.

The blast marker is placed over him, so if he's alone, the attack will affect him, although it will not double toughness him. If he's in a unit, then it's the same as if the enemy were shooting at you with a 'Frazzle' gun. The template is placed above the Weirdboy, and you'd roll for any partially covered models. Then roll to wound, and then remove casualties (unless you've put him in a unit of MANs). You can remove casualties from anywhere in the unit. The codex and the rulebook make this a pretty easy 'follow the directions' operation.

![]() I'm really starting to like playing as Orks. Afterall, who wants to be lead by an experienced Shas'O hiding in a battlesuit when you can be lead by someone with 95% Warp in his bloodstream and needs to be chained down and put in the cupboard when not in use?
