Legal boss?
ok is this legal
an ork warboss w/ twin power claws and nothing elsecept eavy armour and waagh banner and the usual bodyguard and trukk. |

'Eavy Armor + WAAAGH Banner + Bodyguard and Trukk is a-ok
The Dual PK is a problem, first off, why take 2? You get the same effect from a slugga PK combo...2ndly you can't take duplicate items from the 'dex. However you can model it like that if you want, I believe I saw a Dual PK Boss somewhere in a showcase once, if someone gives you grief over it than sucks to them. |

It says you can't take 2 of the same WARGEAR, not weapons. Weapons don't count as wargear.

There's no reason to take two PKs... none. It offers no advantage and just costs a huge amount.
A Waaagh! banner is also a complete waste of points. Buy him a cybork body so he has a chance to survive that hidden power fist that's going to turn him into hamburger.

Just keep in mind that if you try and use him at a tournament he'll be violating WYSIWIG - that can mean either he can't use a slugga (no biggie, no single shot before assaulting) but it could mean that somebody could force you to pay for that 2nd PK. :
