Been browsing the hobby section lately I noticed that not all orks are green. Saw some purple ones and some red ones which got me thinking about my orks. White orks or red orks scream to me since I have a Nurgle/Khorne army. Just wondering what everyone thinks.

I always liked the "Hell Orks" (or whatever they`re called) from WoW - the one ones you encoutner on Outland. I`ve always imagined Khornate Orks to look like this.

I'm all for it, bring on the unique colors! The color variations could easily be explained with a bit of fluff for your army.

Ive been thinking about brown ones. I then saw one... I stick to green. This of course has nothing to do with repainting 50 painted orks... :

I've always wanted red or yellow orks if i collected them.

I know very young orks are bright green, then as they get bigger they go dark green, then very old orks turn purple, or did I imagine that?

Not sure on the purple, but the rest of the coloring is in the fluff I've read.

I have always thought lil orksies are light green coloured while warbosses are dark green coloured. Orks just have to be green and carry cleavers, its a fact of life. ;D

I'm all for green-skinned orks fluffwise, I couldn't imagine mine being any other colour.
