Default New Battlewagon Tactics

Anyone found some particularly good uses for battlewagons under the new rules?

Im intending to run 2-3 in my 1200pt list, but cant decide on a loadout!

I'm personally liking the look of the following

Battlewagon
-4 big shootas
-Riggers
-Armour Plates
-Deffrolla
-Grabber Klaw (optional)
-Stikkbomb Chucka (optional)

Weighs in at around 150pts depending on what you give it and gives you a nice open topped assault platform with Russ armour! The Big Shootas give you a nice bit of dakka while the deffrolla gives you a terrain re-roll and the option to ram things to death. The Grabba is pretty nice if you're dealing with a pile of skimmers and the Stikkbomb chucka is cheaper than buying stikkbombs for the whole mob (but you have to charge out of the vehicle to use it)

In some of my test games I've been running one of these with 20 ard boyz hitching a ride. The results have been quite impressive thus far

Actually, regarding the new rules... it should be posible to ram vehicles with the Deffrolla... which IS kinda cool! Take this, Falcon Fortress!

Or am I mistaken here?

For me, I had played with an Ork list for the fun of it, and I love this configuration.

Battlewagon
'ard case
armour plates
killkannon
kannon
grot rigga
4X rokkits

Expensive yes, but it is perhaps one of the nastiest tanks around. 4 missiles and 2 pie templates.....*drool*

Yeah so far it looks like ill be running a cattlewagon(chukkas, riggas, red paint, 2 big shootas, deff rolla), as well as a piewagon(killkannon, kannon, ardcase, 2 rokkits, plates).
The piewagon looks pretty nasty on paper, but most of the guns are limited to 24" range, so getting the firepower around and functioning might prove difficult.

Ive tested a deffrolla wagon to great success, as its delivered it's payload of ardboys, and then managed to go off and wipe a squad of thousand sons, and then on 6th turn insta-killed the opponent's sorcerer lord! :P

You know they get armor saves vs. the Rolla right? While its possbile to wipe a squad its surpassingly unlikely.

With the option to mount up the thing with guns? Nope, first you shoot them while closing in then you drive over them. Simple as that.

Tooooo many weopons on one vehicle. You can only fire one of them if you move! The killcannon is a waste of time on that vehicle else watch out when it finally settles!
