ok, so you take a Mekboy, maybe in a Warboss' retinue, maybe with your Burnaboyz, etc.
you give him a two-handed weapon (KFF in the former, burna in the latter)
what else do you give him?
I presume that armour will be the same as the reast of the mob.

I'm curious as to how other people run theirs. Do you equip your Meks for combat, or to enhance the unit?

Well best use for Meks is KFF. Even in Burna Boy mobs you can use it to enhacne other units within 6 inches. Always remember the majority cover rule with KFF too. You can get up to 4 mobs in KFF cover easily if you play it right. Then usually a slugga for a cheap weapon so he can something besides waltz around.

For some reason, I've always liked giving the Mekboyz/Big Meks Super Stikk Boyz. It may seem like wasting five points to some. In truth, I don't get to use them often. But they can be such a SURPRISE to that Landraider/Monolith/Dreadnought. They ARE immensely fun and worth taking IMO.
