HQ:

Big Mek w/ KFF - 85pts

Warboss w/PK, cybork, bike - 135pts

Elites:

7 Nobz w/bikes, 3PKs,3 Big Choppas, Painboy, Waagh Banner - 495pts

9 Kommandos, 2 Burnas. Nob w/PK - 155pts

Troops:

11 Shoota Boyz, Nob w/Big Choppa,Trukk - 121pts

20 Boyz, Nob w/Big Choppa. Battlewagon w/Big Shoota, Kannon. - 240pts

12 'Ard Boyz, Trukk - 155pts

Heavy:

Looted Wagon w/ 'Ard Case, Boomgun. - 115pts

Total: 1501pts

I'd take one of the nobs out for some extra points, and you probably only need 1 or 2 pk, especially with the boss around. Toss a combi skorcha in their too, they are great. The nobs need a bosspole, and so does every other squad in your army; never take a unit without one.

On the trukks I would add at least a reinforced ram. Being able to ignore terrain is well worth the tiny cost. Instead of ard boyz, unless you really want to model them, I'd just take regular boyz and a pk nob with bosspole.

The wagon is good as is.

IF you are running 12 ard boys in a trukk, you at least need a nob with a power klaw in case you run into a vehicle.
Again, a ram will help a LOT on your trukk. Don't forget you can ram rear armor of a tank with your trukk and ram at S12 base, and pop a vehicle with it. Its comical, orky, and actually works well! ;D

Trukks ramming anything is another one of those heated debatable things. However, that's what house rules are for.

Now Im curious. How is that debatable?
The rules state you can ram a vehicle into another one, right?

Here's the short of it, though this isn't the best place for the discussion on it.

* Only tanks can tank shock. Trukks are an exception to the rule when they have a reinforced ram but without it they can't tank shock.
* Ramming a vehicle says, and I quote, "Ramming is a special type of tank shock move..."

That's the debate, that last point. Trukks aren't tanks and can only tank shock do to the ram. The ram does not make a Trukk a tank, just allows tank shocking, and since ramming is a special tank shock and tank shocking is done by tanks...well, they feel a ram doesn't let you ram as a result since the Trukk is not a tank. The other side believes that because it can tank shock and ramming is quoted as a special type of tank shock then the Trukk can ram.

Ok, so taking the ram allows it to ram other vehicles.
I understand that without the ram you cant do it, but with it you may. ;D
I have won many games because of ramming trukks.

Think the Shoota Boyz in the Trukk with the Big Mek and KFF are worth taking? Or should I make them regular Boyz? I was planning on driving around and attempting to shoot anything that wasn't bogged down in CC.

Plus I've been thinking of incorporating Skorchas in my list, maybe 2 or 3. Thoughts? I was thinking that it may be too many eggs in one basket. Maybe two and a third buggy with something else would be better. I'm open to suggestions.

The Mek has to ride with someone, and I think shootas are better than sluggas. You can do drive bys with them and still protect your other vehicles. If they do get out to crump somebody leave the Mek inside the trukk; they suck in cc, and are too important to be singled out.

Skorchas are good. I haven't used any on buggies buy my warboss has a combi skorcha and so does one of my nobs. They are great at thinning out large numbers of foot soliders, or hitting a few units as once if they are all bunched up.

How viable do you think the 'Ard boyz will be in this list? If they aren't going to be THAT worth it I might drop them for regular boyz. Thoughts?
