Since da silly oomies over at games-wurkshop sent my Black Reach box in early, I'm makin' a list for all yah greenskins ta lookit for me. Fanks.
EDIT: This is the original list. However, after Silks suggestions I made a list that I like better, 2 posts down. I kept this up just so you could see what it was before.

The boss seems fine to me. However, seeing as you don't have any other mega armoured nobz in the list makes me a bit worried - plonking him in a unit means that the rest of the squad is going to have to snuff it before he can use his armour save. If I was you I'd drop it to a measly 4+ eavy armour save, take a klaw or big choppa (your call - I prefer the choppa), attack squig and cybork body so it looks a little like this:

Power Klaw:

Power Klaw
eavy armour
cybork body = 100 points

or even go naked with just eavy armour and a big choppa for a mere 70 points! Or heck - stick him in the basic boyz unit with just a big choppa and use him at only 65 points to become a serious pain the side! (you try getting rid of 20 orks before you reach the boss!)

Anyways whatever you go with - put him in the unit of ard boyz and have a dual assault threat from both the ard boyz and the nobz!!

If you keep the mega armour, yes he is hard, but he will slow down the unit that he is in, as well as majority armour saves will mean that his save will only ever be useful in assault; and then only when he's fighting characters - who 9/10 will be dragging a power weapon along with them.

you have 25 points tied up in shooting weapons for an assault unit! Unless you're really attached to those I suggest dropping them like a bad pint of fungus beer. Spend them somwhere else - more orks, more gear here and there, whatever. The shootas are not gonig to be all that useful when compared to smashing up the enemy with a big axe.

Huzzah for flash gitz - you always gotta love them. See if you can grab a battle wagon when you expand - or snag one of the foot slogging units trukk if you want some speed.
