Default (Tourny)1200 Ferals

I dont know any of the specific rules for lists in arcanacon, but this is the list im intending to take.

The third madboy squad is a new addition, as i was previously running 10 boarboys....but they sucked. Ive also considered running a battery of lobbas in their place...

I don't know much about Ferals though I always hear people speak highly of a Boar Boy unit including a Warboss...

The list has lots of Boyz. That is good. Unfortunately the list is very slow as well. I understand that you have been disappointed with Boarboyz. Its actually better to think of this Fast Attack option more as Stormboyz then Warbikes. If you use them like Stormboyz and 'jump' emeny squads just as your Madboyz get into Rapid fire range of your opponent, then they should work out better for you.

A group of Herda Squigs under the guide of a Herda would make for a good counter charge unit or flank guard. They are also fairly cheap as well.

The main problem ive had with boarboys isnt their effectiveness in combat, more their low leadership, and the fact that they look very tasty to shoot, so more often than not they'll be running before they make it.

My main reason was including them simply for their speed, giving me the ability to tie up units, taking out a bit of shooting for my madboys, and locking a unit in place for the madboys to smash. However for this to work i need something that will actually stick around, and since they struggle doing that i figure im better off just getting more madboys ;D

What about using a Junka Then for the speed with 10 Junka Boyz that might be the solution.
