Default J-rock

Ok. This will sound weird coming from me, a confirmed metal-head. But I really like J-Rock. Bands like UVERworld and The Pillows and such. This stems from my love of anime as they are used for opening songs. I love it. But really only know of UVERworld and The Pillows. Can anyone suggest anyone like this that I might like?

J-rock is a term that covers all japanese bands rather metal or rock.

there are actually quite afew bands i like from japan. obviously as a metalhead most fo them are metal like
seikima II
metal lucifer
onmyo-za
sex machineguns
X-japan
fatima hill
manipulated slaves
vigilante
kaizer
show-ya

and the there are others that are various genres of rock and even some popish rock
.the brilliant green
.go!go!7188
.shina ringo
.hotei
.hide (with spread beaver)
.TMR
.aikawa nanase
just to name a few.

some of it is really good or catchy even though it may not be my main interest.

Brilliant Green was only good when they did "Ash Like Snow" For Gundam 00.

Currently, I'm listening to Gackt.

Ichirin No Hana... Ive heard that somewhere... Is it used as a title song for Bleach at one point? I know I've heard that... But I can't remember where.

Yes that is correct, Ichirin no hana is the one of the bleach openings.
2 of the maximum the hormone songs where used as the theme songs for deathnote when it first came out.
